Gain a deep understanding of buyer behaviour and market dynamics to inform product positioning and messaging, while championing customer success stories to enhance customer satisfaction and support cross-selling opportunities. Performance Measurement and Optimisation:
Ensure product launches meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously assess and refine the customer journey for both new and existing products to enhance overall customer experience. Your skills and experiences might also include: Proven Experience and Skills:
Extensive background in software product marketing, product management, or presales, particularly within B2B software, with a strong understanding of solution-based marketing communications and the creation of effective marketing and sales enablement materials. Communication and Team Leadership:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical information into customer-focused outcomes, alongside a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams under pressure. Project Management and Adaptability:
Strong project management capabilities, comfortable handling multiple tactical projects with tight deadlines while supporting larger strategic initiatives, and adaptable to dynamic environments. Customer-Centric Approach and Campaign Execution:
