£60,000+ per annum About Us: This Private Hospital is a renowned healthcare provider dedicated to offering compassionate and specialized care to individuals with eating disorders. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our multidisciplinary team. This senior position plays a key role in overseeing patient care, clinical governance, and the development of eating disorder services. The role is equivalent to Matron/Team Lead/Clinical Lead within the NHS structure, offering the opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team providing care to patients with eating disorders, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care. Act as a clinical expert, offering guidance and mentorship to nursing staff on the assessment, treatment, and management of eating disorders. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and review patient care plans, ensuring holistic care for individuals with eating disorders. Ensure the implementation of best practice in managing complex medical, psychological, and nutritional needs of patients with eating disorders. Take a lead role in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, driving high standards of care and patient safety. Contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and protocols specific to eating disorder treatment and care. Support the professional development of nursing staff, providing ongoing training and clinical supervision, with a particular focus on eating disorder care. Take a leadership role in managing patient flow, ensuring timely access to appropriate care. Provide leadership and expertise in crisis intervention, including managing refeeding syndrome, medical stabilization, and de-escalation techniques. Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients, promoting recovery-focused care and respect for individual patient needs. Key Requirements:

RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities) qualified with valid professional licensing and registration. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in the care and treatment of patients with eating disorders. Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, ideally within an eating disorder setting. Expertise in the assessment and management of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to support and motivate a multidisciplinary team. Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and the delivery of high-quality care. A current, clean driving licence and the ability to travel to various locations as required. A passion for patient care and a commitment to supporting recovery from eating disorders. Desirable Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualifications or training in eating disorder treatment or mental health nursing. Experience in the development and delivery of eating disorder care programs. Expertise in using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family-Based Therapy (FBT). Benefits:
