Competitive Main Responsibilities include: Drive and improve Dealer performance across their brand Data driven in a quest to identify daily & monthly gap analyses of individual performance and development for each Dealer. Working in 3 main areas (1. Process & Tools 2. Financial Analysis 3. HR Processes of Network) to create and ensure implementation of action plans to deliver performance across sales volumes and sales quality objectives. Deliver compliance with contractual requirements and programme requirements Ensure all standards are implemented at network level Support ramp-up phase of new Retailers Drive & delivery the weekly ALL CHANNEL sales forecasts for their dealers The success is measured on delivering: Customer Satisfaction - deliver achievement of targets by developing & embedding process not data chasing tick boxes Achievement of Volumes , sales, orders, stock flow and Market Share for both ICE and LEV Promoting & ensuring strong penetrations of Stellantis Mobility solutions (including charging solutions) / loyalty objectives (services / maintenance contracts,…) Turnover / network profitability The ideal candidate will have: Brand & Product & services knowledge afor their specific brand Knowledge of processes and tools of Retailer Knowledge of HR processes & skills Knowledge of Financial (P&L) analysis Data analysis ability Ability to combine working from distance and physical Dealer visits while creating impacts Results orientation. Analytical Mediator / facilitator Strong transversal coordination abilities Be pro active, source of proposals Able to work with a high level of autonomy and be accountable for your own performance Team player with a great work ethic.
