What we're looking for: Qualifications and registration:

Valid NMC Pin and RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification. Professional Experience:

Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting. Health and Safety Knowledge:

Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Approach to Care:

A compassionate, patient-centred approach to nursing. Communication and Teamwork:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Your day-to-day: Health Assessment and Care Planning:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitoring and Documentation:

Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centred care. Education and Support:

Educate and support residents and their families on health management and well-being. Regulatory Compliance:

Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain high-quality care. Safe and Supportive Environment:
