About Us: At Pinfold House, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional veterinary care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our team is dedicated to the well-being of our patients and the satisfaction of our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse or an aspiring Head Nurse to join our dynamic team.

Our lovely and supportive team consists of 2.5 Vets (1 surgery certificate holder and 1 studying for medicine certificate), 2 RVNs, 1 PCA, and 2 Receptionists and a Practice Manager.

Location: Misterton is a charming village that exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With its quaint cottages adorned with vibrant gardens and the gentle flow of the nearby River Idle, the village offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We are only 30 minutes away from Doncaster and only 15 minutes away from Gainsborough.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to a variety of patients. Assist our Vets during surgical and medical procedures. Monitor and support the recovery of patients post-surgery. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Mentor and support junior nurses and students (if in a leadership role). Contribute to the efficient running of the practice, including inventory management and client communication.

Who We're Looking For: Registered Veterinary Nurse: Must be RCVS registered or equivalent. Aspiring Head Nurse: Experienced nurses with leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role. A passion for animal care and welfare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
