THE ROLE
Our client is a successful and fast growing business, looking to recruit two/three team members to join an established in house legal department with a view to handling a contentious property workload
As a member of an established team, the post-holders will be expected to take responsibility for a broad ranging
and interesting workload including lease renewals/enfranchisement and landlord & tenant work
As there is more than one role within the team, qualified lawyers and paralegals are invited to apply
There is flexibility re full/part time
THE CANDIDATE
You will have relevant property/property litigation experience.
You will be ready for a career move to a business facing in house role with a growing organisation
You will have strong technical skills and a solutions focused approach
The role is based in Essex so candidates will be expected to attend the office 3 days per week
