Lead the Art & Photography Department
in curriculum planning, assessment, and creative innovation. Teach across KS3 and KS4 , fostering a love for art and photography while developing students’ creative and technical skills. Build a culture of artistic excellence
by promoting student engagement and a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues
to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in every lesson. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for an aspiring or experienced leader eager to inspire creativity and drive departmental success.
