The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience, preferably within the residential sector. A proven track record of successfully delivering residential projects. A desire to achieve or have already achieved MRICS or MCIOB chartered status. Strong problem-solving, project management, and client relationship skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and the potential to lead and mentor others.
The Role
Reporting directly to the directors, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, with responsibilities including:
Preparing budget estimates and elemental cost plans. Producing Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities. Reviewing contractors' tender returns and providing detailed cost estimates. Overseeing contract administration, valuations, and the final account process. Supporting and mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership.
