Clinical Nurse Team Leader (RGN)

to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care while leading and supporting a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will bring experience in specialist palliative or neurological care, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a clinical leadership position and is committed to patient-centered care. What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification (Adult) with a valid UK NMC Pin. Experience:

Proven expertise in specialist palliative or neurological care. Skills:

Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities, effective communication skills, and a capacity for managing change and performance. You'll also need the ability to mentor and teach in a clinical environment and a solid understanding of current care sector legislation. What's on offer:

Responsibilities

As the Clinical Nurse Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care and team management. Your duties will include: Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, promoting professional development and guiding the team to achieve excellence. Ensuring care is safe, effective, and tailored to each service user, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans. Mentoring and teaching staff, fostering continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards and guidelines. Communicating with service users and their families in an empathetic and professional manner, addressing concerns or difficult messages tactfully. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, integrated care.
