In this pivotal position, as Lab Technician you'll be responsible for: Monitoring and optimising processes to maximise production. Conducting sampling, testing, and data analysis to maintain quality standards. Recording results and effectively communicating findings to operations colleagues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance operations. Maintaining health and safety protocols while driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will: Have a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, and English or similar. Have hands-on laboratory experience and technical expertise. Exhibit excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach. Be confident with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office.
