As a Team Leader, it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. They are looking for candidates who have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in. As a Team Leader, you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. The organisation is a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life skills and build confidence. Their caring and friendly staff encourage the people they support to participate in various activities that challenge them to reach their full potential.
