We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services. The service for 60 residents is based in Harrow, which is a rich and culturally diverse area. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user’s families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery. You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification. You will have the opportunity to meet your training and development needs with accredited training. You will be joining a very well-motivated regional team of senior managers who work together and support each other to provide excellent services in various boroughs of London.
