Responsibilities: Lead the procurement process for all materials, concrete, and aggregates required for groundworks projects. Collaborate with Site Managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly. Source and evaluate suppliers to establish reliable partnerships and secure competitive pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and on-time deliveries. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms. Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality standards. Requirements: Extensive experience in buying materials for groundworks and civils projects. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Strong negotiation skills. Driven and a proactive team player. IT Skills, including Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software would be an advantage.
