Early Years PractitionerResponsibilities: Make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning and development. Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements and fostering positive partnerships. Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning. Early Years PractitionerRequirements: A Nursery Nurse/Early Years qualification or equivalent is desirable. Previous experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support children's learning and well-being.
