Remit:
We are delighted to welcome applications for a new Practice Manager to help oversee our veterinary practice. You will work directly with the Clinical Director to oversee all aspects of the veterinary surgery and create a safe, profitable and well-reviewed patient journey for our clients. You will oversee recruitment and onboarding, financial performance, operational management, consumables and equipment, and Human Resources. Anything that you feel needs development, we welcome new ideas and policies to help elevate the practice and staff satisfaction.
You will be an experienced leader with a real passion for excellence within the veterinary field. Strong commercial awareness is crucial, but the deal breaker will be people's personality as our culture is the real selling point of the clinic!
This is a full-time, permanent role.
