Provide timely security updates to vessel captains. Monitor and assess vessel routes for safety and compliance. Prepare detailed reports on route risks and maritime incidents. Offer professional client support via email and phone communication. Ensure data accuracy and maintain high operational standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in maritime operations (either at sea or in a shore-based role). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear and professional communication abilities.
