Bolton – Hybrid Are you a Procurement Analyst with excellent data and analytical skills and looking for an exciting new opportunity? We operate a hybrid working model with a balance of home and office working. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the RFI and RFP process, including analysis of spend data and timely compliance reporting. Provide analytical support and data analysis to Buyers to improve accuracy, performance, and quality of data. Conduct periodic spend analysis and support ongoing contract management of group deals. Generate compliance process reports and share insights to improve compliance. Provide KPI reports for suppliers and analyze performance questionnaires. Generate and manage tenders using the E-Sourcing system under the supervision of Buyers. Maintain and update RFI/RFP templates within the sourcing system. Provide cover for the Procurement assistant to ensure continuity of procurement processes. Minimum Requirements:

Good knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Ariba (desirable). Understanding of P2P & E-sourcing Processes. Proficient IT skills (Excel). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon data. Excellent planning and organization skills. Strong communication skills: influential, persuasive, and articulate. Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts. Ability to operate independently and manage own workload. About Us:
