We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fabulous team at Alma Veterinary Hospital. The day-to-day duties of our RVNs at Alma Veterinary Hospital include working a variety of different shifts, such as wards, theatre, reception/nurse clinics and laboratory.
Flexible rota patterns
We are open to flexible working options which may include part-time, full time or a night nurse or weekend role (up to 39hrs/week). Our current RVNs cover a range of shifts varying between the hours of 7:30am - 7:30pm and/or night shifts from 7pm-8am to cover the care of our inpatients.
Our fully equipped hospital
Alma Veterinary Hospital is a fully equipped first opinion practice seeing a wide range of surgical and medical cases. We have 4 consultation rooms, separate cat and dog waiting rooms and wards. As well as all the usual facilities of a first opinion practice, we have a dedicated dental suite, an imaging room and a full in-house laboratory. Our hospital is very well equipped with a Karl Storz laparotomy tower, radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, full in-house laboratory, a Tonopen, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ECG, Capnography and much more. We are proud to be the only practice within a 15-mile radius able to offer laparoscopic surgery to our patients.
