ACS International Schools are recruiting a Transport Coordinator to join our Hillingdon campus. The Transport Coordinator is required to oversee transport requirements for the school in order to deliver a safe and efficient service to students and staff, and to comply with the requirements of the Vehicle Construction and Use Regulations. ACS Hillingdon’s 11-acre campus is less than 14 miles from central London. Our magnificent Greater London campus has outstanding facilities, and a wealth of history, art and culture right on its doorstep. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily bus operations, ensuring punctuality, safety, and efficiency. Liaise with authorities and contractors to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Manage routes, pickups, vehicle fleet, and maintenance schedules. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and manage budgets effectively. Address customer queries, complaints, and billing discrepancies. Maintain and monitor contracts, service levels, and legal documentation. Coordinate transport for school activities and ensure safeguarding compliance. Perform risk assessments and collaborate with internal departments on traffic flow. Requirements: Good level of numeracy and literacy Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong interpersonal skills – good communications skills on the phone, face-to-face and on paper Good attention to detail and highly organised Able to work with minimum supervision and to remain calm in stressful situations. Flexible approach to performing a variety of tasks. Team worker. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines and to settle problems in a calm manner. Transport Coordinator experience preferred but not essential Working hours:

Monday- Friday 07.30- 17.30, all year round.
