York Designer Outlet - Assistant Store Manager
Our client is a leading menswear retailer with stores/concessions across the UK, operating for over 75 years.
The business is expanding and is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead the management team for their new menswear store at York Designer Outlet.
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company in a managerial position.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in managing the store and team.
Organize staff rotas.
Oversee sales and customer service.
Merchandise stock.
Utilize the till and card machine.
Salary / Benefits:
Salary up to £24,128 plus an excellent bonus and commission.
Commission scheme based on team sales.
28 days holiday.

Staff discount scheme.
Full training on all stock.
Hours:
40 hours per week between store opening times. Minimum Requirements:
