Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and updating Operation and Maintenance (OM) manuals. Managing fire remedial works to meet safety standards. Ensuring structural safety compliance across past projects. Coordinating with various teams to maintain technical integrity and ensure documentation accuracy. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Technical Manager role within the residential development sector. Expertise in OM manuals, fire remedial works, and structural safety compliance.
