to join our Barnet Supported Internship team on a
part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) . This is a chance to make a real impact while working with inspiring learners and helping them achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year. What We’re Looking For: Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience, either teaching and/or working with young SEND learners. Proven ability to meet targets and maintain excellent organisational skills. GCSEs (A-C/9-4) in English & Maths (or equivalent). Exceptional time management and planning skills. What You’ll Do: Take ownership of the EHCP review process for existing and incoming learners, ensuring plans are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Coordinate referrals, assessing their suitability to join our programme. Work closely with stakeholders to maintain high-quality EHCPs that support learners in reaching their goals.
