Caerphilly We are seeking a passionate and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to take on an exciting opportunity as a Nursery Lead in a vibrant and welcoming setting in Caerphilly. Key Responsibilities: Lead the nursery class, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for children. Assess, monitor, and record children's progress, supporting their development holistically. Provide leadership and support to other Teaching Assistants in the nursery setting. Requirements: HLTA Qualification is essential. Experience as a TA or HLTA, ideally within an Early Years/Nursery setting. A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
