An experienced Nursing Home Manager is needed at a highly reputable nursing home in the Renfrewshire area of Glasgow for a growing provider.
The ideal Home Manager for this highly rated nursing home, operated by a small UK-wide care provider, is a home manager with at least 3 years of experience, an NMC PIN, and someone who has experience in improving CI grades along with a passion for high standards of care and a personable management style.
As the Home Manager, you will have 24/7 responsibility for the home, managing a team of dedicated care staff to ensure the residents are living their best life, including CI, health & safety aspects, recruitment, budgeting, training, and much more.

The home itself: Over 70 beds Located in the Renfrewshire area of Glasgow Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia Rated at 4's with CI Small UK-wide company with a growing presence in the area
