We are looking to appoint a passionate English specialist who enjoys a challenge and will inspire students and generate enthusiasm for learning. You must have the capability to motivate students of all ages and abilities with a real focus on teaching and learning. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to raise attainment at all levels are key aspects of the role. This unique opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to play a wide-ranging and integral role in this highly successful department at The Roseland Academy and across the Multi-Academy Trust. This position would suit an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher. Early Career Teachers will benefit from support from an experienced subject mentor, school Professional Tutor, as well as ongoing professional development through One Cornwall Teaching School Hub.
