EMI Unit Manager
for their Dementia/Challenging Behaviours facility in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step! Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a care team, ensuring the highest standards of service. Manage daily operations of the EMI unit, ensuring a clean and organised environment. Oversee resident well-being activities and care delivery. Support staff in providing person-centred dementia care. Manage residents' health, including medication administration. Implement best practices for dementia care and ensure regulatory compliance. Skills & Requirements:
RMN/RNLD qualification with at least 2 years of managerial experience. NMC registration. Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of mental health and dementia care. Ability to handle complex information and challenging situations. Experience collaborating with external stakeholders and agencies. How to Apply:
