Compliance Manager
Bristol Contract, Hengrove Park Leisure Centre
Full Time / 40 hours per week
£30,000 to £33,000 per annum
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an individual looking to expand their career in the leisure industry at a busy modern facility. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the Centre's internal systems ensuring that the Contract is operating in-line with the Company's Financial, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures as well as managing the contractual requirements of the Service Specification.
On a day to day basis, this will include managing the Centre's Helpdesk system, liaising with the Authority and the SPV respectively, overseeing the maintenance services, writing reports, and working with department teams to ensure that all areas of the business are operating to the Company's quality systems.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Manager to take overall responsibility for the Contracts Compliance, ensuring the highest standards are established and maintained. This position will allow you to develop your skills and reputation whilst enhancing the Leisure Service at an International Swimming Pool facility. The Person
Will have an analytical approach to service delivery and an excellent attention to detail. Will be able to gain acceptance and respect from clients and the teams involved. Will be able to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees. Will be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation, both listen and direct. Will be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required. Will be able to maintain and be committed to good employee relations and deliver quality training. Will be able to perform Duty Manager duties when required. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable but not essential as we can fully fund the course. Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operators qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification. What can Parkwood Leisure offer you?
