The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial offices, high-end residential, and mixed-use developments, all ranging in value from £5m to £50m+. You will: Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services to a range of clients. Take the lead on projects, managing them independently from inception to completion. Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Directors, to ensure seamless project delivery. Attend client meetings, preparing reports and providing expert advice on all financial aspects of construction. Collaborate with a talented team while mentoring junior staff and supporting their professional development. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to gain exposure to exciting projects while developing your professional expertise.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS, or working towards completing your APC diary, or eager to get chartered 3+ years cost management / cost consultancy experience Project Management or Employers Agent experience or aspirations to do so Commercial project experience is a bonus Hard working, team player Eager for greater responsibility
