opportunity for a highly skilled, motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse (Level 2) at our Kingston facility, Bishop Davies Court. As a Registered Nurse (Level 2), you will have an opportunity to: Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessments, medication administration, and provision of clinical care. Formulate, maintain, and review resident care plans and other documentation. Ensure we are optimizing our assessments, care planning, and associated documentation. Adhere to clinical compliance and promote excellence in clinical care. Coach and mentor nursing staff. Provide exceptional care to all our residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community. What you bring to the role AHPRA registration. Effective communication and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong leadership skills to mentor upcoming nurses. A desire to create a positive experience for our residents.
