A global Wealth Management and Banking Institution is seeking an experienced credit and banking specialist to join their Bristol and Birmingham teams as a Banking Solutions Product Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between product development and client needs within the Wealth Management division, where you will play a dual role in providing your industry expertise and supporting product development. You'll be a key resource for client advisors, providing in-depth product knowledge and insights to support key initiatives and deliver exceptional client service. You'll also collaborate with the product team to enhance existing banking and credit offerings, ensuring they align with the wider UK Wealth Proposition strategy. This role demands a deep comprehension of credit and savings, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills and subject matter expertise. You'll engage with a diverse clientele, from mass market to high net worth individuals. In essence, you'll serve as the go-to resource for all banking and credit inquiries, fostering lasting relationships and driving client satisfaction. You must have: In-depth knowledge and experience of UK (and potentially adjacent markets) Mass Affluent banking products and services, including current accounts, savings, credit, FX, cards, overdrafts, etc. Experience in Product Development within banking. Experience in a client-facing role within banking. Wide knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, with effective influencing and collaboration skills. Right to work in the UK.
