What you'll be doing:

Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients Providing administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs Maintaining the back office system with client information Handling incoming queries from clients and external providers via email and telephone Ensuring all files are compliant with regulations Liaising with providers to gather policy information

What you need to apply:

2+ years experience working in an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required) GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Experience in managing client expectations Desire to learn and develop Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required) Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms
