Working as part of a team, you will be a key contributor in delivering elements of Aviva's Assurance plan. As a team, we are developing machine learning to support Quality Assurance reviews. The role holder will have the opportunity to support the design and implementation of Aviva's 1st Line Assurance approach, execution of focussed and thematic reviews and activities including, Operational Risk & Control Minimum Standards QA, thematic and deep dive reviews, report writing, handling the resolution of actions, and working to sustainably embed risk management across the business. You'll use a variety of analytical and assurance testing techniques to complete focused and thematic reviews helping to secure good customer outcomes, protect the reputation of the business and help it to grow safely. Skills and experience we're looking for:

Understanding of risk management frameworks, including control environments, governance, assurance principles and methodologies. Relationship and stakeholder management at all levels up to and including, Director of. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to interpret data and translate it to the business to drive simplification and change. What you'll get for this role:

Salary : circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's. Generous
