I am delighted to be partnered with an exceptional global law firm in their search for an e-billing administrator to join their London office. The role sits in a team of 5 experienced e-billers and is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in e-billing. Duties of the role: Communicate with finance staff, fee earners, Partners, and Senior Management globally to resolve e-Billing issues. Upload e-Bills to various e-Billing platforms and troubleshoot any issues. Reconcile bills issued in Elite with various e-Billing platforms. Review daily alert reports to identify and correct missing data for successful e-Bill uploads, and update Elite with the necessary information. Maintain and update the e-Billing log. Duties and responsibilities may be reviewed periodically to reflect changes in personnel, management structure, staff location, and services. The right candidate will need experience in: 1 to 2 years of e-Billing experience, with knowledge of Elite being advantageous. Experience working in a legal firm is a plus. Education to an A-Level standard or equivalent; minimum requirement is GCSE standard, depending on age and career experience. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and others at work; works effectively as part of a team. Demonstrates an interest and understanding of their work area, uses initiative, applies sound judgement, and identifies opportunities for improvement in working practices. Enthusiastic, works well under pressure, adapts to change, and is willing to improve. This is an excellent opportunity for billing candidates who are looking to broaden their experience and branch into e-billing.
