Newark-on-Trent (NG24) Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students' behaviour and develop individualised behaviour management plans Implement behaviour intervention strategies and provide support to students with challenging behaviour Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment Monitor and track progress of behaviour plans and make adjustments as needed Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in education Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Benefits of working with TP Tutors:
