The Software Engineering Manager will oversee a team using Full Stack (JavaScript), Back End (C#), and several other technologies. They are responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, including design, development, testing, and ownership of the products. Skills Required
Ability to inspire and lead talented engineers to build innovative solutions. Technical depth and strength. Software engineering or data engineering background. Good practices in software development. Proven experience in leading software teams (1:1s, PDPs, recruitment, training, etc.). Culture/Values
