£14PH - £15PH We are currently working with a provider of children's care to recruit a Team Leader to work in one of their new homes in Milton Keynes for children with Social Emotional Mental Health. This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company that is currently going through a time of growth and development. To be successful in this role you must: Have experience of supporting within a children's home Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young people's residential care Have experience of working with children and young people Be dedicated to providing outstanding care With this role, you will become part of a great provider with ample opportunity to grow and develop.
