Danny Sullivan Group are currently looking for a Senior SHEQ Advisor to cover a role in Warrington, Cheshire.
The ideal candidate for this role would have the following responsibilities:
Collaborate with Operational Overhead Line teams to deliver high-quality projects to clients.
Monitor contractors to ensure SHEQ standards meet contractual and company requirements.
Support the development and implementation of SHEQ Management Systems across the business.
Planning and Implementing:
Maintain visibility within supported business operations.
Conduct SHEQ compliance audits, engagements, and ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed.
Support SHEQ compliance monitoring and identify trends in performance indicators, recommending improvements where needed.
Assist with inductions for new staff and operatives.
Contribute to SHEQ communications and worker consultations through project reviews, worker groups, and engagements.
Support external accreditation and client audits.
Assist with regional and depot-level review meetings.
Provide support for accident/incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Take a lead or impartial role in investigating significant incidents and liaise with management regarding notifications.
Halt operations posing significant health, safety, or environmental risks and enforce corrective actions.
Experience/Qualifications:
Knowledge and application of HSEQ Management principles and practice within an energy service operational area.
NEBOSH certificate or in-study towards IOSH or IEMA.
Full UK Driving License.
Tier 1 contractor experience.
