What You'll Be Doing As a Laboratory Technician, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of lighting by supporting the development and testing of cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities will include:

Turning concepts into reality:

Assemble luminaire configurations and create precise wiring diagrams using CAD software.

Technical excellence:

Assist with in-house testing of components and luminaires using advanced Thermal, EMC, and Photometric equipment.

Team collaboration:

Support Lab Engineers with test setups and preparation of technical documentation.

Performance evaluation:

Test and analyze lighting components, controls, and systems to ensure they meet industry standards.

Adapt & contribute:

Take on diverse challenges and responsibilities as they arise, contributing to continuous improvement.

Commit to quality:

Uphold ISO standards, Quality Control guidelines, and Health and Safety policies.

What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated, detail-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Training will be provided where needed, but we're looking for someone with:

Technical curiosity:

Knowledge of electronics is advantageous but not essential.

CAD know-how:

Basic skills required; familiarity with Draftsight is a plus.

Digital proficiency:

Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and technical tools.

Hands-on skills:

Confident with hand tools and eager to learn lab testing equipment.

Organised & independent:

A self-starter who works to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Flexible mindset:

Ready to take on new challenges in a fast-evolving industry.
