We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the headquarters of a leading pharmaceutical company at Granta Park, Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hard and soft services, including cleaning, catering, and M&E works. Lead a team of 3, comprising a Lead Engineer, Fabric Engineer, and Receptionist. Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high levels of service. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service. Manage vendor relationships and supervise third-party contractors. About You:
Proven experience in a facilities management role, ideally with responsibility for both hard and soft services. A good understanding of M&E systems (though a technical background is not essential). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and multiple services while maintaining high operational standards. What We Offer:
