As the Category Manager, you will engage with various national retailers, serving as the primary point of contact. The company is well-established and a leader in its field. Key Responsibilities:

Using data to identify insights that will influence shopper behaviours and promote business growth. Interpreting data to highlight key issues, providing the commercial team with insight into market activity and enabling specific product recommendations based on highlighted trends. Building and nurturing strong relationships, communicating clearly with retailers to ensure smooth roll-out of range reviews. Attending regular meetings with retailers to gain an understanding of their needs and provide solutions. Working collaboratively with the sales team, translating insight into performance-driving strategy. Minimum Requirements:

Experience operating in a category manager role within the FMCG sector in a data or category capacity. Strong oral, written and communication skills, influencing and communicating at all levels. Advanced skills in the use of Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data sets such as IRI and Kantar, building reports and performing market audits to assist in the growth of the business and the category. Ability to interpret data, draw out key insights, and present them internally and externally with passion and energy.
