We are looking for a multi-talented, self-driven business and technology-minded individual to help realize our ambitious growth mandate. Our Fixed Income Technology team is responsible for the development and support of the data, research and trading platform and tools for our Fixed Income, Commodities, and Currency portfolio managers, in addition to other portfolio managers, technology teams, and partners across Millennium. This role will focus on the Infrastructure platform for our PM's and will give the opportunity to drive significant value creation across a range of key functional areas for one of the world's leading investment managers.

Principal Responsibilities

Evaluate, synthesize and recommend new opportunities to expand our infrastructure platform capabilities and value proposition for Portfolio Managers Develop, manage and report on key business metrics, providing management transparency and directly informing our strategic roadmap and prioritization Manage cross-functional execution and reporting across diverse set of initiatives and domains Design and manage key processes, with a keen focus on automation to scale core functions Gain exposure to, and develop trusted partnerships with, world-class investment, technology, business and operations professionals Qualifications/Skills Required

1-2+ years of experience, preferably in a financial markets or fintech-focused corporate development role or management consulting with a focus on Technology High level knowledge of infrastructure technologies i.e. desktops Generalized knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Analytical rigor, with natural ability to align business objectives with financials and KPIs Strong project management skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across broad set of domains and stakeholder groups Skilled multi-tasker and detail oriented, with high degree of organizational skills Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of excellence, delivering outcomes with integrity and efficiency Financial markets experience is preferred
