Salary up to $170,000 + vehicle + laptop + phone + quarterly performance bonuses Subdivisions, roading construction, 3 waters and large commercial site works projects Well suited to a PE ready to take the next step or an experience PM looking for a change of scenery This major player in the Christchurch civil market is seen by many as an employer or choice. With more subdivisions and commercial site works projects added to an already busy project workload, the need has arisen for another skilled Project Manager to join their high performing business. They are looking for a skilled Project Manager capable of running projects anywhere from $1 million to $15 million and experience over and above this is a bonus. Ideally for this role you will have: 5 years experience post Bachelor / Diploma of Engineering Proven technical experience in project delivery - survey, temporary works, permit to work - lifting to excavation etc Ability to set up work fonts from scratch - work plans, methods, safety, quality and environmental documentation Experience to program 3 months ahead, look ahead and last planning tools Ability to lead a team of engineers and surveyors on site In return you will work with like minded professionals who take pride in their performance working collaboratively.
