Are you a Senior Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the Kidlington/Oxfordshire area? My client, one of the largest and most successful privately owned Tier 1 main contractors in the UK, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Construction division. As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects from conception to completion. Depending on the size and scope of the project, you’ll work alongside a talented team of supervisors, Assistant Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers. This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, drive results, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, embodying the company’s Core Values. Ensure successful project delivery, maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Provide leadership to on-site teams, promoting collaboration and motivation. Adapt to change with a flexible, client-focused approach. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge in Senior Site Management. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Communication: Excellent skills in building relationships and managing key parties. Attention to Detail: Focus on quality control and process improvement. Tools: Familiarity with project management software and documentation systems. Must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Benefits: 25 days of annual leave (plus public holidays). Annual Leave Purchase Scheme. Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme.
