We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in Sevenoaks, Kent. The position requires working 12 hour shifts and having a valid driving license due to the location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of nursing care to residents in accordance with clinical guidelines and policies. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and respond to medical emergencies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Supervise and support healthcare assistants and junior staff during night shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control standards. Participate in training and development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification. Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Previous experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a care home or similar setting. Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis. Strong clinical skills and a good understanding of nursing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driving license and access to own transport, due to the location of the facility. Benefits:
