About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Care Manager with previous experience in supported living or domiciliary/homecare services eager to take the next step in their career, to hit the ground running and lead our clients Home Care Service. With a busy and thriving service supporting over 95 clients and managing a dedicated team of 45+ staff, this role is perfect for a passionate, motivated, and outgoing care professional looking to make a significant impact in the lives of those they support.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our home care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Leadership:

Provide strong, compassionate leadership to a team including Care Coordinators, Senior Care Assistants, and Care Assistants. Client Care Coordination:

Ensure clients receive personalised care that promotes their independence and well-being. Staff Development:

Lead, mentor, and support care staff, ensuring continuous development and high morale. Compliance:

Maintain compliance with CQC and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring that all records and procedures meet quality assurance requirements. On-Call Responsibilities:

Participate in alternate weekend on-call duties to provide support for any emergencies or escalated care needs.

About You:

Experience:

Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or strong Deputy Care Manager with experience in a domiciliary or supported living service. Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or currently working towards it). Leadership Skills:

Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Passion for Care:

A genuine dedication to improving clients' lives and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Innovation & Initiative:

An innovative approach to problem-solving with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
