What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Customer Managers to streamline administrative tasks. Manage bookings for customer assets and oversee job loads. Coordinate with sub-contractors and raise quotations. Process customer purchase orders and create supplier orders. Keep the internal system up-to-date with current statuses. Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation. Maintain paperwork in line with company standards. Handle general administrative duties to keep operations smooth.
