This will include but is not limited to: Leading and motivating the Human Resources team Developing effective HR strategies and initiatives Guiding and advising stakeholders on all HR matters Overseeing the management of employee relations Implementing training and development plans Managing recruitment processes Evaluating performance and productivity The Successful Applicant Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager position.
