Our client is a global, market-leading manufacturing technology company currently seeking an HR Manager to join their Newton Aycliffe site, with occasional travel to other locations. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement across multiple sites. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams to implement best practices, support talent development, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute to the ongoing success and innovation of the organisation. Responsibilities:

Executing operational and compliance-focused HR activities across three manufacturing sites and supporting the UK functional organization within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain sector, all of which have a unionized production workforce. Partnering with Plant Leadership teams to achieve site objectives while fostering positive and efficient employee and industrial relations that contribute to the organization's overall success. Coordinating with people managers on various employee-related matters, including investigations, absence management, counseling, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Engaging with leadership in negotiations regarding shift changes, redundancy processes, and other changes that affect employees. Assisting in the implementation of Global HR initiatives and Plant HR priorities throughout the organization. About You:

CIPD qualified Several years of HR experience focused on operational functions, preferably in Manufacturing or Logistics Experience as a member of a Senior Leadership Team, adept at collaborating with individuals at all levels while balancing employee needs and business priorities Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and coach leaders effectively If you're interested in the above role then please click apply or get in touch to discuss further.
