curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners. Busy Bees Prestbury Road is a unique centre based in a converted house with a separate preschool room. The centre hides a spacious outdoor area to support children’s outdoor learning. The centre has had a full refurbishment which has created lovely environments for children and staff. Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with
BBC Children in Need , with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives. What We’re Looking For Qualifications:
Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire:
Drive excellence and motivate your team. Quality Improvement:
Enhance educational programs and operational processes. Compliance:
Ensure a safe and secure environment, meeting all regulations. Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets and resources effectively. Engagement:
