Duties:
Supervise the creation of working drawings and detailed information to ensure they are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Facilitate and manage Design Team Meetings early in the development process, engaging relevant consultants. Develop practical and cost-effective design solutions. Offer technical guidance throughout the stages of land acquisition, planning, construction, and post-construction. Analyse planning documents to ensure they meet Building Regulation standards. Coordinate with consultants to distribute drawing information and set deadlines to align with procurement needs. Finalise agreements on programs, detail packages, and superstructures prior to their release. Verify that architectural and engineering drawings are consistent and communicate design changes as minor amendments to the Planning Department. Secure NHBC approval efficiently and address any conditions to avoid project delays.
